Greatly Commissioned Conference

Bro. Crews will be visiting Bro. Goungampo and Bread of Life Baptist Church in Lome, Togo. He will have the opportunity to visit 6-7 of the 16 church plants that Bro. Goungampo has started. These church plants are now being pastored by national pastors that he trained.

One of these churches is the Immanuel Baptist Church of Wahala. Because of the funding of Operation Light, this church plant was able to move into their new church building last year. Bro. Crews will be preaching the dedication service for this new church plant.

Bro. Crews will be doing some teaching and training on the philosophy and the “how to” of the Great Commission, as he speaks to national pastors, church leaders, and laymen. The teaching and training sessions will take place in Lome at Bro. Goungampo’s church and in some of the villages where churches are planted.

Bro. Crews and his son, Derek will also be going into villages, inviting people to attend services. Derek will be helping with these endeavors and will also be assisting in the music ministry. He will be playing his saxophone at Bro. Goungampo’s church in Lome and playing at the various services that we will attend in surrounding villages. 

Pray for God to bless this trip and to supply the funds that are needed. Also pray for God to enable Bro. Crews and Derek to make an impact for the cause of Christ in Togo.
